Alyssa founded HALO Consulting Solutions to help nonprofits strengthen their programs, tell their stories, and attract the right funders to win more grants.
Alyssa is a proud first-generation graduate of Arizona State University (BA) and New York University (MPH). She spent four years on the funder side of grants at NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, managing $20M+ in CDC pass-through funding before founding HALO in 2024.
Since then, she has helped clients secure $7.7M+ in funding, including millions in multi-year NYC Department of Youth and Community Development Services awards and the federally funded Rural Health Transformation Program.
